North Cheshire Member Wins UK Management Award
27/03/08 23:30
A
member of North Cheshire Speakers Club has been
recognised for his excellence in
management at a prestigious national awards
ceremony.
The Association of Project Management (ARM) is the premier professional body in the field of project management. More than 600 representatives of the biggest project management companies in the UK attended its annual awards ceremony, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. NCSC member Gareth Mills, who is a project manager for the Global Environmental Consultant, MWH, took one of the evening’s major honours, winning the coveted title of 'UK Project Manager of the year’. The judges praised Gareth for his combination of sound project management techniques and his ‘ten top tips' for project managers in any industry.
Gareth has been a member of the North Cheshire Speakers Club for four years and attributes much of his success to the techniques learnt and guidance given at the Club by its management team.
