Details
Chairman Chairs the evening meeting and orgnaises impromptu 2 minute topics for everyone
Timekeeper
Records time of each speech or topic. All speeches are timed with lights so that the speaker can practice speaking 'to-time' and gain an understanding of just how much can be said in 2 minutes.
Stage

Time
Topics Chairman allows each speaker 2 minutes on a given topic. The theme and style will vary as the chair varies from meeting to meeting.
6:30 - 7:40
Evaluation A Topics evaluator assesses each speakers style and offers positive and negative feedback
7:40 - 7:50
Tea Break  
7:50 - 8:00
Formal Speech Formal prepared speeches (maybe 2-4 in an evening)
5 - 8 mins each
Evaluation Evaluation of prepared speech giving strengths and weaknesses and a pass/fail 
10 mins each
Overall Evaluation General evaluation of the chair, and the topics and speech evaluators. Were they fair? Did the evening go OK for everyone?
10 mins
Close of meeting Chairman closes - any general business
~ 9pm depending on numbers /speeches
